Hello! I\'m Aves, an entrepreneur and a management consultant with a passion for capital markets and entrepreneurship. I am an aeronautical engineer by degree, although my passion lies more in flying planes rather than designing them. Unfortunately, the pandemic put my commercial pilot aspirations on hold and that steered me to read more about business and capital markets. Inspired by the books, I started a service-based company called VEZTECH with two friends, providing app/web development services. I had to shut it down after some bitter realizations. Undeterred, I leveraged my forex trading skills and started my second company called Bounce Trading Academy with my mentor, where we teach forex trading and also help individuals to inculcate a leadership mindset.As a management consultant, I can leverage my entrepreneurial experience and expertise to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals.I have a deep understanding of developing a vision, building a team, developing growth strategies and managing different departments of an organisation. My experience in the financial world and starting a training company makes me well-equipped to advise on financial planning, talent development and building training programs.I recently join Aachen Consulting Club(ACC) to improve my consulting skills and also to help students who are interested in management consulting to develop the relevant skillsets required.
