About Avery Harrison
I’m a junior at the University of Kentucky, majoring in Accounting and Finance, with an expected graduation date of May 2027. I’m passionate about and skilled in financial analysis, problem-solving, and helping businesses make data-driven decisions! Through my coursework in accounting principles, financial reporting, and business analytics, as well as hands-on experience at Workspace Strategies as an accounting intern, I’ve built a strong foundation in both the technical and interpersonal sides of finance. I have helped businesses increase efficiency, reduce expenses by 33% and have created innovative solutions for multiple companies. Outside of academics, I’m involved in campus organizations and enjoy developing leadership, teamwork, and communication skills that translate directly into professional success. I love to pursue my (seemingly) endless hobbies: cooking, crafting, reading, and exercising!
