ABOUT AVERY KUIPER

ABOUT ME:For the past 10 years, I’ve built and led high-impact creative teams at both The Trevor Project and Comcast NBCUniversal. At Trevor, where every dollar counted, I built creative project management processes from the ground up, allowing our team to produce award-winning content on a shoestring budget—earning Clio, Telly, and Webby Awards while advancing our mission to save LGBTQ+ lives. I also managed an in-house creative studio, overseeing designers, copywriters, and editors to produce mission-driven content. At Comcast Advertising, I led large-scale brand initiatives, campaign execution, and content strategy, fine-tuning creative workflows and ensuring every campaign was data-driven, efficient, and impactful.I don’t believe big budgets make great creative—smart systems, strategic thinking, and a little scrappiness do. Whether it’s implementing cost-effective production workflows, leading nimble teams through fast-paced campaigns, or stretching every dollar without sacrificing quality, I thrive where process meets creativity. A PERSONAL NOTE:I live in Orlando, Florida with my wife and 2 dogs (aka “The Kids”). We both play in the Orlando Roller Derby league and are active members in our LGBTQ+ community, often volunteering and supporting our local youth! You’ll often find us out and about with the kids exploring breweries, gardens or making the weekly trip to Home Depot as we tackle the joys of home ownership. Fun facts: My nickname is “The Kool Aid Man”. Got a project? Give me a wall and I’ll burst through it with my PM skills. Lastly, my youngest kid enjoys digging up and collecting bricks and showing them to my coworkers when on camera.
