As an HR Professional, I have supported a wide range of hourly and salaried associates in all kinds of fields, and partnered with leaders to improve their teams.Professionally - I\'m in to development. Like, really in to development. From seminars, workshops, and conferences, to one-on-one, trial & error, and coaching opportunities. Any time I\'m involved in this stuff - as a participant or facilitator - I\'m happy (unless it\'s executed poorly, then get me out!).Personally - well, I\'m also in to development. Developing the whole self. I do this through music (brass band, karaoke, etc), service (church & community), travel (all the places!), and family.
