Through a dynamic and engaging curriculum, I aim to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead healthy, active lives both now and in the future.My teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of physical activity, mental well-being, and informed decision-making. I design lessons that not only focus on physical fitness but also incorporate vital health education topics such as nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle choices. By creating an inclusive and supportive environment, I encourage students of all fitness levels to participate, build confidence, and develop a lifelong appreciation for health and wellness.With a background in kinesiology and sports science, I apply evidence-based strategies to promote student engagement, physical literacy, and overall well-being.
