About Avery Sims
I am a currently a rising senior at Vanderbilt University. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Cinema Media Arts. My academic career is motivated by my passion for change as well as the advocacy and grassroots work I did in Chicago. Throughout my professional career thus far, I have been able to hone my skills in both political and market research, oral communication, advocacy, data sorting, and customer service. Because of this knowledge, my understanding of policy creation and implementation, consumer insights, and business development has enhanced my ability to operate in a myriad of business environments, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Central to my career goal is the aspiration to combine my growing legal prowess and business development knowledge and bring them to a company that aligns with my morals.
