I managed efficient operation of our park’s standalone venues, which can typically be among the hardest buildings to maintain. I oversaw cast member training as well, ensuring flawless guest service in a very fast paced environment. I assisted in the discipline of cast members, helping coach those who struggled, many of whom were working their first job. I was key in managing the largest revenue department in the theme park and learned a lot from those above me as well as in my day to day experiences at the park.
