I am a freshman at Indiana University, pursuing a degree in Journalism (News Reporting and Editing) with concentrations in Political Science and Spanish. I have a 4.0 unweighted gpa. I am a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. I am a staff reporter for The Indiana Daily Student, Marketing Director for The Content Club, and a member of IU Wellness Society. My interests include writing, marketing, public relations, media and politics. In high school, I had a 4.8 weighted GPA and 4 years of honor roll. I was also a staff reporter for the New Trier News and am an impassioned ESL tutor for Afghan refugees. I played for four years on the NT Girls Tennis Team and three on the NT Girls Varsity Badminton team. I was involved in several clubs and boards, namely as a Co-Head of NT’s Junior Booster Board, Executive Leader and Social Outreach Manager for the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab Junior Board, member of the Northwestern Settlement Housing Junior Board and JBNS Camp, Global Exchange Club, and Spanish Club.
