I’m passionate about the intersection of science and business and how this junction can genuinely help people move, train, and perform at their best.I graduated from TCU with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Movement Science) and a strong background in anatomy, biomechanics, and performance psychology. At TCU, I worked in the Sports and Exercise Psychology Lab, helping run applied research on mindset and training behavior. I used tools like SPSS and VR, ran participant studies, earned research grants, and presented our work at the Harris College Research Symposium.I also spent a season at APEC, coaching athletes through individualized programs in a fast-paced setting. Working through 10+ sessions a day taught me how to communicate clearly, think on my feet, and turn scientific concepts into something an athlete can use right away.On the business side, I’ve worked in sales and ranked as a top representative, generating more than $70K in revenue in six months. I enjoy building real relationships, understanding what people need, and explaining technical information in a way that actually makes sense.Right now I’m pursuing my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential to further strengthen the scientific side of what I do.I am eager join organizations and communities dedicated to human performance excellence. One where I can apply scientific expertise to empower people with the knowledge and tools to unlock their potential.
