ABOUT AVERIE ROSKWITALSKI
I am a senior at the University of Southern California, double majoring in Real Estate Development and Business Administration. Throughout my time at USC, I have actively engaged with the real estate community, currently serving as Co-President of the Trojan Real Estate Association and as a committee member on the Price Student Leadership Board. I also founded and led Price Student Government, shaping it into a recognized organization.My experience spans real estate private equity, development, and capital markets. I have interned at Rialto Capital, JLL, and Sinatra & Co. Real Estate, working across acquisitions, credit investments, and brokerage. This summer, I interned at Rialto Capital in their New York office, underwriting and analyzing real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.I am passionate about shaping urban landscapes, revitalizing communities, and driving strategic investment decisions. Outside of real estate, I enjoy watching football and baseball, playing pickleball, and discovering top-rated restaurants.Let\'s connect!
