ABOUT AVERIE OGDEN
Graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Currently, working as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Swedish Medical Center. This role allows me to collaborate with other members of the leadership team to evaluate current polices and procedures to improve outcomes and service. As CNC, I am responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, patient-centered care for a 30-bed specialized orthopedic/spine surgical floor. This involves overseeing daily operations, staffing assignments, and safety, while also solving immediate problems. The most rewarding part of this role is being able to support all members of the nursing team and mentoring new staff!
