1. Technical Program Manager

   Amwell

   May 2021 — Present

   Managing three direct reports with responsibilities ranging from Project Management to Scrum Master. • Orchestrated internal technical projects; such as the migration of customer video servers to GCP from AWS, which included building a migration plan for 328 customers to ensure all deliverables were met on time. The successful completion of this project saved the company over $1.2 million per year following the migration. • Lead numerous acquisition integrations inclusive of; BI system consolidation, endpoint protection, Cloud and SIEM control implementation, mail migration and performing gap assessment to bring acquired systems into compliance certification scope such as ISO27001, HITRUST and GDPR. • Oversaw a nearly 2-year government/cloud project to submit an ATO package to the Defense Health Agency to begin the ATO accreditation process by coordinating internal and external resources, subtask, and deliverables as well as building a project plan to track the implementation of 2,042 CCIs, collect evidence for 19 new RMF policies & procedures and implement 552 STIGS across two enterprise products.
