I am an accidental Engineer who started his career in HR by choice. Why I chose HR? There have been many instances during my college days where I found myself to be good at Communication, Problem-Solving & collaboration while Integrity is ingrained in me. Within HR, I\'ve done end-to-end lifecycle and made numerous contributions to the organizations I worked for. I possess strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards), Performance Management, Strategic Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR systems. I have strategized and owned various HR projects in those areas leading to better productivity, increased employee satisfaction, retention, and improved efficiency. I\'m also versed in labour and Immigration laws across multiple regions and helped organizations to make informed decisions.I believe Persistence and Consistency are keys to success. Persistence will get you to where you want to be and Consistency will keep you there. I believe in the AI revolution and everyone should get on board to be not left out and regret later. There are no limitations on the topics you can learn and all of it will be useful to you in some way, shape, or form. Which is why I learnt(ing) Machine Learning, Data Science & programming (Python, SQL) and AI agents to be a 10x professional.I\'m currently open to opportunities in the HR space and I look forward to my next challenge!
