Managing full range of Talent Acquisition activities: Initial Screening & Sourcing of profiles, lining up interviews, maintaining strong candidate database & pipeline for Civil Engineers, Purchase, Store, Accounts & HR profiles- Initiating and closing offers, salary negotiations, HR round interview, handling internal – external recruitments and related grievances/issues, coordinating with candidates and management for same- Recruitment Database Management – HRMS, manual candidate trackers – site and location wise- HR Operations: Generating offer letters, appointment letters, follow ups for employment related documents, BGV, bank account opening, PF, ESIC data, updating employee database HRMS, HRIS – GreytHR tool, Strategic ERP for existing employees, new recruits and exits. Maintaining manual employee files and record-keeping-@Payroll -Salary sheet of employees – salary amount, PF & ESIC amount calculation- Managing on-boarding till exit formalities of employees.
