With over seven years of experience in the automobile industry, I am a sales and operational excellence enthusiast who has scaled and built businesses from scratch, solved problems, led large teams, and enabled decision making. In my current role, I am responsible for P&L management, new city launch, expanding the existing region, team hiring and training, workshop onboarding and vendor management, leading investor visits, and initiating and executing strategic projects and pilots. I have successfully launched new cities such as Jaipur, Agra, and Dehradoon, and expanded the Gurgaon region to cover Faridabad, Manesar, Rohtak, and Bahadurgarh. I have also increased the take rates and customer retention rates by implementing effective strategies across cross-functional teams. Additionally, I have managed the maintenance of a cars fleet of Xchange Leasing India, a subsidiary of Uber, generating an average monthly revenue of over 1.5 Crore. I hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KIIT College of Engineering.
