Coaching of Agile and Business Improvement methodologies. • As a Scrum Master directed a team of 5 located in NA to develop the Hyperscale Customer Portal, managing all the ceremonies from daily stand up to refinement and retrospective, removing external impediments, working with the Product Owner, managing the delivery timescales and scheduling expectations, then coached the team; • Led successfully and on time a program aimed to replace at global scale the current Configuration Management Database with ServiceNow, managing a team of 4 and SMEs to map out, improve the existing processes and collect new requirements, then managed a vendor for the implementation; • Led a program managing 2 project managers and their teams to streamline and standardize the info management in SharePoint. Was reviewed and simplified the internal homepage, standardized the site formats and document templates, automated the documents management flow with Power Automate, enforced the data classification and handling with MS Purview, implemented new KPIs to monitor and control the new processes, then delivered training for users; • Implemented successfully a tool in SharePoint completely automated with Power Automate and connected with Power BI dashboard to manage Datacentres Risks at Global scale • Vantage Award - Values Champion EMEA
