I am a radio frequency engineer with over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. My expertise lies in optimizing 5G and LTE networks, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction.I was part of the pre-launch team for AT & T Chicago, where I check the configuration, call test, and launch new 5G and LTE sites to the network, as well as monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs). Previously, I worked as a RF engineer at Nexius, where I analyzed and reported on the KPIs for AT & T\'s South Texas market, and as a senior RF optimization engineer at AT & T, where I optimized cellular network performance for UMTS and LTE cells, designed and implemented indoor antenna solutions, and collected and analyzed drive test data. Throughout my career, I have used various tools and software, such as Ericsson OSS, NEMO, and TEMS, to perform my tasks efficiently and effectively. I have also collaborated with different teams and stakeholders, such as construction, engineering, and enterprise clients, to deliver optimal solutions and resolve network issues. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a radio frequency engineer, and to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the telecommunications industry.

Proposed and implemented optimization actions: antenna height changes, new site deployments, azimuth and electrical tilt adjustments. Conducted and analyzed drive and walk tests in areas with customer complaints to improve coverage and network quality. Regular coordination with AT & T, Verizon, and DISH engineers to address interference and cross-border coexistence challenges.
