I am a dedicated P&C leader with 10+ years of international experience building inclusive, high-performing cultures and enabling organizations to grow with purpose. My career spans tech, financial services, and global corporates across North America, EMEA, and APAC, where I’ve improved engagement, reduced attrition, and led organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.At Mappedin, I scaled the company globally through the pandemic, introduced talent management frameworks, and led initiatives that boosted employee engagement and retention. Earlier in my career, I supported diversity and inclusion at Manulife, drove large-scale hiring at Kotak Life Insurance, and strengthened cross-cultural integration at Mercedes-Benz R&D India/Germany.I thrive on connecting with people and creating environments where they can do their best work. Helping individuals grow and succeed energizes me, and I take pride in building cultures that bring out the best in teams. Known for my willingness to step in wherever needed, I bring a “no job too big or small” mindset that makes me an effective and trusted partner in driving both organizational and people success.Alongside my career, I’ve volunteered with Rotary International and Make A Difference (MAD) in Bangalore, where I taught English to underprivileged children — experiences that reinforce my belief that HR is about enabling people to reach their full potential.
