I completed Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics (Instrumentation & Control) from Thapar University, Patiala.[2009-13]Post which, I worked with Reliance Industries Limited(RIL) as a Manager (Instrumentation) for 21 months, where I was responsible for planning and execution of maintenance activities, materials and manpower. I also was a part of successful commissioning of various debottlenecking and capex projects.[2013-15]I have pursued MBA in International Business (Batch of 2015-17) from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, specialising in Marketing. I did my Summer Internship Project with Becton Dickinson (BD) in Marketing, where I had to determine training needs for a device among healthcare officials in public healthcare centres to enable and accelerate its early adoption upon roll-out.I have also done an end-to-end project with Groupe Axereal and AB InBev which involved conceptualization, planning and execution of the National Skill Development Conference in Sirsa, Haryana for farmers from across India. My team managed to rope in Haryana state government, UP state government, French Embassy and 3 European companies to contribute and support the event.Currently I am working in BD as a Marketing Manager.My desire to evolve myself, both personally and professionally, motivates me to work hard towards my goals.
