In the space of 12 years, I managed recruitment in 350 odd colleges, addressed roughly students and interviewed/trained odd candidates. I am well versed with the pain points of Recruitment, Conversion and Retention as have myself faced and overcome them. Cantilever Labs is a vector of these data points.
