Here I\'m involved on various responsibilities and tasks related to managing and administering Jira, project management\'s, configuration or customization. Working as a system admin to perform tasks such as installing,upgrading, perform backups, managing plugins and maintaining the Jira instances. I\'m also enforcing to access controls setups issue security schemes, and ensures sensitive information is protected. I have an experience of how to upgrade the tools.
