About Avani Saraswat
As a Global Leadership Cadre at Tech Mahindra, I am part of a select group of high-potential MBA students who are trained and mentored by senior leaders to take on strategic and transformational roles in the organization. I have a PGDM (HRM) degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of the top business schools in India, where I am also a student volunteer at PRME Global Students, a network of responsible management education students. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, I was a Senior Executive at MAXI XLRI, the marketing association of XLRI, where I led and executed various initiatives and events to promote the brand and the culture of XLRI. I also have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Aligarh Muslim University, where I excelled in both academic and extracurricular activities, earning multiple certifications and honors in interior design, urban planning, and architecture. I have a unique combination of skills and expertise in HR business partnering, human resources, strategic human resource planning, architecture, design, and crafts, which enables me to bring a holistic and creative perspective to my work.
