ABOUT AVA LOMBARDO
I am a recent graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) and a minor in Russian studies. I am currently pursuing an M.S. in Supply Chain Management at UMD. In 3 years, I was able to complete my bachelor’s degree while taking masters-level courses as an undergraduate, making the Dean\'s List all six semesters. During this time I participated in several programs and organizations, as well as working part-time. Last summer, I worked as a business operations intern at John S. Connor Global Logistics in Glen Burnie, MD, where I built SOPs, streamlined workflows, and assisted operations to run smoother and faster. This spring, I am working as a supply chain intern at B.K. Miller in Landover, MD, focusing on accurate order forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management. I am actively seeking full-time roles starting mid-2026.
