As the Director of Member Retention, I oversee initiatives that strengthen sisterhood, foster member engagement, and enhance the overall chapter experience. My role focuses on creating meaningful programs that supports connection, belonging, and continued involvement within the organization. Key Responsibilities & Contributions- Plan and execute engaging events that promote member bonding and chapter unity- Collaborate closely alongside co-sisterhood chair to create cohesive and memorable experiences - Gather and evaluate member feedback to improve programming and address chapter needs - Uphold Kappa Delta values by ensuring all events are inclusive, purposeful, and reflective of the chapter\'s mission This position allows me to combine creativity, leadership, and relationship building to help cultivate an environment where every member feels valued and connected.
