I strive to be an equity focused leader in all aspects of my job. Last year, I coached over 150 DOE public school teachers and leaders throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, spanning 11 schools and 5 districts, impacting over students. I also coach district leaders on a range of subjects including CRSE, MTSS Tiers, HMH, Wit & Wisdom, Writable and Affirm curriculums. last year, I was nominated to join the Leadership Advisory Council to craft change management proposals to improve the entire staff at TMI. I lead whole school professional development in a range of educational strategies including: The Science of Reading, Differentiation, Multi-Language Learner supports, infusing culturally relevant pedagogy in Humanities instruction, Writing Success Criterias, Progress Monitoring etc.
