Working with Denise Lewin Loyd\'s lab (associate dean for equity, associate professor of business administration, Vernon Zimmerman Faculty Fellow at UIUC) on organizational behavior research, focusing on impacts of inclusion and exclusion of members of a group through a simulated game called Cyberball, where a group of 9 players passes a ball in a premade \"scheduled\" passing pattern, designed to exclude and include certain members who are assigned majority member or minority member status- Fill out Institutional Review Board (IRB) paperwork (the IRB reviews research studies prior to them running to ensure the safety, rights, and welfare of human research participants)- Completed research ethics certifications- Conduct and write research surveys using Qualtrics- Create Cyberball game schedules, worked to ensure games had a baseline pattern with variances determined by the different game conditions- Sort data using Microsoft Excel- Researched Supreme Court Justices and history of gender in relation to the Supreme Court- Conducted research on rivalries between different National Football League teams and Premier League teams- Reviewed data regarding research on rivalry between Israel and Iran
