I am a Vehicle Manufacturing Engineer in Final Assembly Engineering - Fastening Quality at Ford Motor Company, where I support the development, launch, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure our vehicles meet the highest quality standards.I recently graduated from the Ford College Graduate (FCG) program, a rotational experience that exposed me to multiple plants and engineering functions—including industrial, launch, mechanical, and electrical distribution engineering. These rotations strengthened my technical foundation and deepened my passion for driving quality and efficiency in vehicle manufacturing.I earned my B.S. in Industrial Engineering, with Honors and a Certificate in Earth Sustainability, from Penn State University. I’m motivated by improving processes, solving complex problems, and collaborating across teams to deliver effective, data-backed solutions.Before joining Ford full-time, I held internships with Ford Motor Company, Siemens USA, an Environmental Research Program, and a non-profit abroad. These experiences shaped my skills in quality, supply chain, project management, and research - from developing demand and capacity models for powertrain plants, to enhancing a corporate quality program, to leading STEM students through hands-on research, to building a standardized project management tool for CEED-Slovenia.Outside of work, I love to ski and travel - and hope to one day ski on all seven continents.
