Develop, coordinate, manage, facilitate, assess, and create the strategy for Pearson’s global content standards’ training and professional development initiatives pan-Pearson, towards maturity of Pearson’s global content standards and wider pan-Pearson Global DE & I and business strategic objectives. Drive employee engagement in global content standards as aligned with Pearson’s purpose, values, priorities, and strategies through effective communications and learning programs and solutions. Leverage internal tools (LMS/LXP management) to deliver innovative training and development solutions. Consult and collaborate cross-divisionally to ensure efficacious training and development opportunities are offered globally to increase content standards maturation throughout the business. Key Deliverables:• Organize, plan, and manage the annual Global Content Standards Summit (internal-only, online professional development conference).• Create a robust credentialing plan through Credly, along with its associated skills-based criteria. • Organize, plan, and create the Global Content Standards Curriculum, that pulls together learning from across the business around Content Standards Maturity.• Strategize and implement Global Content Standards as a Center of Expertise plan, focusing specifically on Training & Development (trainings, resources, guidelines, and systems integration). • Own the creation and development of the Global Content Policy Training Program for Pearson Employees and Business Partners (12 e-learning modules).
