   In my Employment role, I manage hourly employment office operations to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. I oversee daily employment functions including leave tracking, reinstatements, records management, and general employee support while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and contractual requirements. I administer state leave programs and coordinate Parental Paid Leave (PPL) to ensure accurate processing and timely employee guidance. I analyze workforce and attendance data, run reports, and develop presentations with trend analysis to support operational decision‑making. I also drive a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and partnering closely with management to provide coaching, direction, and clear communication.In my Labor Relations capacity, I support consistent and equitable administration of national and local collective bargaining agreements. I interpret and apply contract language, manage grievance administration, and assess discipline in alignment with progressive discipline standards and contractual guidelines. I conduct EEOC and workplace investigations, manage compliance and investigatory processes within a union environment, and facilitate conflict resolution in complex or sensitive situations. I foster strong management–union relationships through transparent communication, fair contract administration, and effective issue resolution. My work includes supporting attendance program administration, advising leadership on contract compliance, and ensuring a productive and respectful labor environment.
