About Autumn Kies

Being a district manager is my professional passion. I work directly with the sales and management team to maximize their growth and results. We are proud to help students develop soft/power skills they need regardless of their major or career path. I’ve trained hundreds of young professionals in all different fields to develop networking, interpersonal communication, sales, marketing, presentation, leadership, and management skills. I’ve also been an internship coordinator for numerous students over the last year. Corporately our work with the Collegiate DECA program has led us being named National Advisory Board Partner of the Year.In our organization, we are very focused on \"Living the Life of Our Dreams\". We do this by developing our personal skills, identifying our passions, planning those passions, and taking massive action.

I have had the privilege and opportunity to run all aspects of a successful business including interviewing potential candidates, analyzing market trends, heading advertising campaigns, P&L budgeting, and managing and motivating the sales force. This position is really where I developed the confidence to handle anything that comes my way and react efficiently and effectively.
