Led the corporate initiative to update and deploy over 100 new corporate EHS directives. • Spearheaded Xylem\'s collaboration with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Award program, where we had 14 sites recognized in our first year and 40 sites with 42 awards in our second year. • Devised a roadmap and deployed efforts to improve environmental, health, and safety performance across Xylem\'s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports with key agencies. • Coordinated efforts to develop and execute the Corporate EHS Annual Strategy. • Established a plan to improve employee engagement.
