   Led the corporate initiative to update and deploy over 100 new corporate EHS directives. • Spearheaded Xylem\'s collaboration with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Award program, where we had 14 sites recognized in our first year and 40 sites with 42 awards in our second year. • Devised a roadmap and deployed efforts to improve environmental, health, and safety performance across Xylem\'s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports with key agencies. • Coordinated efforts to develop and execute the Corporate EHS Annual Strategy. • Established a plan to improve employee engagement. This effort increased engagement by 500% in just three months. • Leading initiative to attain ISO 45001 and 14001 of our Global EHS Management System. • Overseeing 2025 Sustainability efforts to ensure all Major sites achieve zero waste to landfill. • Continually improving strategic planning for Global EHS Programs and Projects.
