The Executive Director of Engagement (EDE) is responsible for staff culture and engagement of Christ Lincoln’s (CL) entire organization (staff, members, families and attendees). The EDE will provide strategic staffing/recruitment plans, compensation, training and development, budget, and employee relations. The EDE is expected to take a leadership role in developing an engaging staff culture that enables employees to perform with ethical behavior and business practices that are consistent with Christian Cultural Core Values and Christian beliefs, the principles (see Statement of Commitment” and “Living a Godly Life” policy). The EDE must also ensure the mission of Christ Lincoln is shared and promoted internally and externally through communication practices and a strategic plan.
