ABOUT AUTUMN BRANDEL

I am a Business Administration student at the University of St. Thomas, majoring in Leadership Management with a minor in Theology and the Common Good, where I am also a Common Good Scholar. My academic and professional experiences are centered on ethical leadership, people-focused work, and creating meaningful impact within organizations and communities.Through hands-on leadership roles, client-facing internships, and service-learning projects, I have developed strong skills in team leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. I bring experience from fast-paced operational environments, nonprofit collaboration, and therapeutic support settings, all of which have strengthened my emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.My global perspective has been shaped through study abroad experiences in London and Rome, where I explored business foundations through risk management and examined the historical and ethical influence of Christianity on leadership, culture, and society. These experiences reinforced my interest in values-based decision-making and leadership for the common good.I am passionate about working in environments that value integrity, collaboration, and service, and I am eager to continue developing as a leader who prioritizes both people and purpose.
