Manage all aspects of the daily operation and the functions of the onsite team for a 118 unit residential community with 3MM budget.• Project Management including a 6MM canopy truss restoration project, renovations, internal maintenance, data management, software implementation, etc.• Maintain standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met and to assist in prompt response and resolution to questions/problems.• Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence of all contractual obligations.• Maintain positive relationships and customer satisfaction with residents, vendors, realtors, title companies, legal counsel and local governing authorities.• Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the property.• Oversee all construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and other related projects are completed on time and within budget.• Create, maintain, and upload a wide variety of information in various software platforms including but not limited to work orders, signed meeting minutes, financial reports, management reports, contracts, budgets, etc. to ensure compliance. • Interview, select, recommend, hire, train and schedule assigned staff. Ensure proper coverage and staffing levels. Provide directions to staff and assist in the investigation and resolution of problems.• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business at luxury garden style residential community.
