About Melanie Kennemann
Melanie Kennemann is a public speaker/trainer and leadership and business consultant and coach and believes that ENERGY MATTERS and that you are only one decision away from a more fulfilling and purposeful life! She was an executive hall of fame team leader for 17 years (nine and a half at the Flagship market center ONE in Austin!) before stepping out to coach and train full time across the country. Melanie has recruited over 1500 plus agents and believes that mindset and determination is everything! Melanie started her career in 2006 in Reno, NV during an extremely challenging and distressed market which taught her not to fear any market. While others were leaving the industry, she took her kw office to number one in her city and region before moving to Austin. Before real estate, Melanie ran film and television production teams in the United States and Germany (a language she didn’t learn until she was 27) and loves working with big talent. She\'s now a MAPS leadership coach and BOLD coach where her big why is impact! She is also KWU international master faculty and teaches the Leverage/ CV series and ALC Clinic all across the country. Melanie believes that everything in your life starts with a DECISION. Taking action. that\'s the FUN part!
