The best program that helps people improve their work and personal life focuses on the PERSON, the mindsets they operate from, and the tools they use. The right program must help individuals both discipline themselves while also listening to themselves with respect and honor aiming for the right outcomes. My goal is to help people achieve personal and work goals in both efficient & holistic ways, ensuring engagement, productivity, work effectiveness and longevity, job satisfaction, increased communication, and personal fulfillment.

Over the course of the last 11 years I have become an educated and experienced business manager. In 2014 I purchased my first rental property and over the next 11 years continued investing into residential real estate acquiring multiple rental properties. As the exclusive owner and manager of my business, I have averaged a 28% year over year increase in revenues.As a landlord and property manager I developed skills that enable me to succeed in multiple business settings. I learned to evaluate and resolve many types of problems while selecting qualified workers to help resolve them. I successfully maintained strong customer (tenant) relationships and care strongly about high customer-satisfaction tenants as I protect and boost my business. I also have effectively tracked and managed all the finances of my business while setting and achieving ambitious financial goals.I am both a people-oriented and a results-focused leader. I care a lot about culture and effective processes that maximize organizational productivity & job satisfaction.People management and human development have been a strong orientation and value in my life. As a full-time school teacher for 3 years I learned about motivation, culture, evaluation, and working with people with different personality types. As a tennis coach for 5 years I effectively developed processes that helped team members develop skills to excel in the sport. I also worked for over a year in professional sales enabling me to master communication skills that help customers in decision-making purchase. As a career & relationship coach I listened to people\'s problems and helped them set goals and make significant progress towards achieving them. I also completed multiple marketing courses during my MBA at BYU helping me develop a foundational framework for marketing practices.I am currently expanding my career into the commercial real estate space and am seeking relationships with business owners who may be interested in becoming commercial tenants, managing partners, and investors.
