With a background that started in the field as a helper in my dad’s restoration company, I’ve worked my way through crew leadership, project management, and business development. I now oversee both high-level sales strategy and boots-on-the-ground operations for water, fire, and mold mitigation and repairs. Based in Austin, I’m focused on building a strong local presence and delivering fast, reliable disaster response for both residential and commercial clients affected by property damages.    As Director of Sales Operations for EMRG Restoration Solutions — a fast-growing, locally owned and minority-led full-service restoration company — I lead our strategic expansion into new markets with a strong focus on South Austin and the Central Texas region, while continuing to support operations across Bryan–College Station and Houston.My role combines executive-level leadership with field-tested experience, overseeing everything from business development strategy to boots-on-the-ground response for water, fire, and mold disasters. I manage a growing pipeline of commercial and residential restoration projects — from initial emergency dispatch, through customer onboarding, claims navigation and insurance negotiation, to mitigation, reconstruction, and final close-out.I’m responsible for developing key market relationships, building high-performing local teams, and ensuring every job meets both IICRC and client satisfaction standards.
