ABOUT AUSTIN MENNEN
I operate at the intersection of clinical care and system design—helping individuals move from pain to long-term performance while building models that integrate healthcare and training. Many of the individuals I work with feel stuck between pain management and performance. They’ve often tried multiple approaches, yet still feel limited in their ability to train, compete, or live at the level they expect. My role is to help change that trajectory.I specialize in complex and chronic cases by identifying not just where symptoms exist, but why they persist. Through a combination of hands-on care, targeted rehabilitation, and coordinated progression into performance-based training, I create a clear path from limitation to long-term capacity and resilience.A large part of the value I bring is listening—understanding the full context of each individual and translating that into a structured, actionable plan. From there, I guide treatment strategy while ensuring each phase of care builds toward restoring confidence in the body and expanding what it’s capable of over time.As a medical director, I focus on designing and reinforcing the bridge between medical care and performance training. This includes developing care models, improving provider communication, and implementing systems that increase consistency and clarity—while reducing unnecessary friction in day-to-day operations. The impact I care most about is removing the fear of pain and limitation—helping people regain and maintain the ability to move, train, and live without hesitation.Long-term, I’m driven to build and refine models of care where healthcare and performance work together seamlessly—so individuals don’t just get out of pain, but remain active, resilient, and capable for decades.
