As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Home Genius Exteriors, I have the privilege of leading our East Region operations across Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, alongside a team of over 150 incredible professionals who inspire me every single day.Over the past decade, I’ve worked in nearly every corner of the home improvement industry — from knocking on doors and managing crews to helping build one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the country. Along the way, I’ve learned that the foundation of any great organization isn’t just the products or systems — it’s the people, the culture, and the shared belief that we can make homeowners’ lives better through craftsmanship, trust, and care.That belief is at the heart of why we started Home Genius Exteriors, and it’s also what makes me most proud of one of our greatest achievements — being named Fortune’s No. 1 Best Workplace in Construction (Medium-Sized Companies, 2025). This award represents far more than a recognition of success; it’s a reflection of the culture, commitment, and genuine care that our team brings to work every single day.I’ve also been honored as one of Pro Remodeler’s “40 Under 40” for leadership in the remodeling industry, and earlier in my career earned Intern of the Year, National Rookie District Manager of the Year, and District Manager of the Year awards with College Works Painting. Our team wanted to provide customers with a year-round, professional option for multiple home improvement services.We also wanted to provide career opportunities for the best and brightest graduates from our student program, in addition to other professionals who share our values. Home Genius Exteriors was born.We’ve taken our 25 years of award-winning customer service, renown quality and industry-leading guarantee, and combined it with the very best in customer care and professional production staff.While the College Works Painting program continues to develop tomorrow’s business leaders, we’re excited that many of those leaders can now graduate and become “geniuses” with Home Genius Exteriors.
