I coach track and field athletes who compete at the national and international level — and I teach physical education that builds lifelong movers, not just seasonal athletes.In 4 years of coaching across high school and private programs, my athletes have earned- 8 National Qualifiers- 3 State Champions (NJSIAA)- 1 All-American- 1 U.S. Top-10 nationally ranked triple jumper- 2 U.S. Top-20 nationally ranked triple jumper- 2 Trinidad & Tobago U20 National Champions- 8 Section Championships- 3 All-State selectionsI built ONTHEMARK, a private track and field development program, from the ground up in 2024. Within the first year, my athletes qualified nationally, ranked in the U.S. Top 10, won a state title, and captured an international championship. At Montclair High School, I\'ve helped transform the jumps program into a pipeline that consistently produces state-level and nationally competitive athletes across sprints, jumps, and hurdles.My coaching approach is rooted in science — a Master of Science in Kinesiology, USATF Level 1 certification, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist credential, and ALTIS horizontal jumps training. I design periodized programs grounded in biomechanical analysis, sport psychology, and data-driven performance tracking. But results come from relationships, not just programming. I coach the whole athlete: confidence, discipline, goal-setting, nutrition, and recovery.As a physical education teacher and substitute across Montclair School District, I bring the same rigor to the classroom.
