Oversaw multiple projects focusing on the development of semiconductor fabrication OEM within the Conductor Etch business group, delivering cutting edge technology that exceeded customer expectations. Conducted design reviews, managed BOMs, led CFT meetings and orchestrated productive supplier meetings. Key contributor in overhauling Lam’s purchasing system by providing input and doing User Acceptance Testing to address and eliminate pain points from the previous system. Partnered with Global Operations to establish efficient part movement/logistics processes for vendor cleaning, which were adopted as best practices company-wide. Utilized program management tools to develop, plan, and track program performance, ensuring peak efficiency. Managed project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project alignment. Trained new employees and created training documents, leading to smoother onboarding processes and more efficient integration of new team members into project workflows.
