As a Project Management Consultant at Turner & Townsend, I worked closely with the client Project Director to track and report all aspects of a multi-year,$540m project for Seagen, a biotechnology company. I own and maintain the project change management log, prepare and distribute executive meeting decks, and coordinated essential Launchpad teams in support of ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery of the project prior to the Pfizer discontinuation. I have a strong background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a Master of Arts degree from Seattle Pacific University. During my internship at Workforce Science Associates, I led the development and delivery of a deep dive analysis of DE & I for a leading national grocery retailer, based on over rows of data.
