Additionally, I supervise the development of operations-based financial modeling.I am in charge of coordinating and leading annual budget reviews, as well as monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates with operational ownership. I hold the authority to approve major systems implementations that are related to cost and inventory control.A crucial aspect of my role involves retaining a diverse and highly qualified staff.
