Primary interests are in international or remote PM contracts. I have heavy experience with upgrades and overall project pipeline experience. I work as a Project/Program/Portfolio Manager (PM/PgM/PfM) in PMOs on both Epic and other vendor projects, from sales/contracting through closing, including all sizes and shapes of implementations, affiliates, add-ons, upgrades, mergers, acquisitions, etc. I have managed individual apps, groups of apps, 3rd-party projects, worked on government grants, worked on organizational business strategy, served as an advisor, and a variety of other types of PM roles. I have experience as a mentor to analysts and other PMs, helping clients become self-sufficient in previously weak or absent roles, etc.
