I built my brand as Austin the Insurance Guy, someone people could count on to make insurance simple, personal, and easy to understand. That foundation led to the launch of Safeshield Insurance, where I proudly serve as CEO. While I run the company, I’m still speaking directly with clients every day, helping them navigate personal insurance, commercial coverage, and life insurance with clarity and confidence.Since then, I’ve expanded my focus while staying true to that mission. I’m the COO of VantagePoint Properties, where I lead operations, systems, and growth for a dynamic real estate team. I also run Glazer Growth, a coaching and consulting firm where I help individuals and businesses develop strategy, implement systems, and elevate sales performance through hands-on coaching and tailored training sessions.As a keynote speaker, I share stories of overcoming personal hardship and building momentum in both life and business. My talks are designed to motivate, inspire, and equip others to crush their goals, professionally and personally.I live in Stamford, CT, and outside of work, I’m always listening to music - anything from the ’60s to today, but especially the Grateful Dead. I’ve always believed in helping people feel confident about what they’re building - and I still pick up the phone for every client. That’s never changed, and it never will.
