   As a VP a lot of my job involves sharing information and context to the right people at the right time, and using that information and context to help the people who report to me do amazing, fulfilling work. Basically, my job is to enable them to do their jobs well. And they do! This group of talented writers, editors, production people and project managers create workplace training content that\'s approachable, engaging, and cringe free. But it\'s not just training content, I also oversee the creation of industry-defining marketing content and help set the strategy that gets our excellent training in front of more people. Being a VP is as much about the team you\'re on as it is the team you lead, and the team I\'m on is packed with brilliant, passionate, empathetic people who put up with my jokes and air horn sounds. Together we lead a company that strives to do our training proud.
