I am a self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic project engineer that develops and implements new projects and process improvement initiatives in my current position. I provide leadership in manufacturing through my involvement in process development, safe work practices, and interdepartmental planning and collaboration. I enjoy analyzing systems with the purpose of identifying areas for improvement as well as the implementation of those improvements.I have had the opportunity to manage projects that involved the expansion of an existing process, the implementation of a new process, and modifications to improve efficiency throughout the facility. I relish working with others to accomplish common goals and also enjoy helping to provide co-workers with the support and tools they need to be successful.
