About Chris Austin
A Product Designer originally from Melbourne, Australia, I\'ve worked across the globe, from Vancouver to London and in NYC.I design user interfaces and Interactions for the Web, iOS and Android. I have planned, designed and shipped many consumer and business facing products over the past 20+ years. I have worked within the NewsCorps REA Group as a Senior Product Designer for Australia\'s largest digital real estate portal realestate.com.au, Led Product Designer at Meetup working across their whole product range from app redesigns, launching their enterpise offering and helping the brand team align with product. In London I work at Curve leading the design for the Growth team and helping bring FinTech to the UK.For the past 4 years alongside many freelance projects I was the founding designer at Allstar Gaming. I Series A funded startup leverging AI & Machine Learning to help gamers record, distribute and create gaming content. I am passionate about all things digital, helping designers achieve their best work and working in an agile environment. With a history of advertising under my belt I am always looking through a consumer focused lens and looking for the next challenge.
