I’ve been a part in the commercial trucking casualty claims facilitating the resolution of complex losses where clear judgment and communication matter. My experience has been in handling serious exposures, and multi-party losses within the commercial claims space.I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside adjusters, attorneys, brokers, MGAs, and Insured’s to move claims forward in a practical and fair way. I’ve learned that strong outcomes usually come from asking the right questions, staying organized, and keeping people informed. An important part of my work has been helping develop claims professionals, whether that’s through mentoring, collaboration, or sharing a cup of coffee.
